start your mobility journey here with an assisted one-on-one stretch session for 25 minutes. in this shorter length session, we may need to consolidate our approach by focusing on just the upper body or just the lower body, or streamlining the focus on the entire body by moving more quickly through stretches.

25 minute stretch session

everything you just read in the previous description, but twice as much time to spend. we’ll have more time to cover more areas in greater depth. we will likely be able to spend more time on both halves of the body and have more time to find new angles for different stretches.

50 minute stretch session
