this holiday season, i want to make the option of increasing your flexibility more accessible. if you’re thinking about giving this gift to someone else, this is for you. throughout the year, i offer three simple options for people: they can buy a single session, they can subscribe monthly, or they can buy a package of sessions. it’s that last option where i want to give a little more heading into the end of 2025.

this holiday season i’m offering a new, smaller option for a stretch package and i’m adding to what i always offer. here’s what you can expect:
i normally only offer 10 and 20 packs of stretch sessions; if a smaller, let’s-try-this-out option is what you would prefer, you’re in luck: 5 packs are available through the end of 2025. like all my other options, you’ll get an extra session in there as well.
